While the fight for nationwide, year-round E15 is not yet finished, yesterday's bipartisan passage of my bill marked a historic win! House Republicans just passed H.R. 1346 the Nationwide Consumer and Fuel Retailer Choice Act. This bill allows the year-round sale of E15 gasoline nationwide, expanding fuel choice, supporting American farmers, and helping lower costs at the pump.
